We want you to love your hat. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mgmt@hillelofficial.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Returns Because all hats are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun and we're unable to cancel.

Refund processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For EU Customers

If you're based in the European Union, please note that under EU Consumer Rights law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalized goods. Since every HILLEL hat is produced specifically upon your order, it falls under this exemption (Article 16(c), EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
